Here’s what it’s like to work together on your wedding or event

Step 1
You’ll receive an email 1-3 days after your inquiry is received. This email will be from the booking platform HoneyBook and will contain a questionnaire requesting some general information about your wedding or event
Step 2
Design Consultation
During the design meeting, we will spend 30-60 minutes reviewing the details of your event discussing the overall vision for your event or wedding day!
Your inspiration photos will be the basis for a custom 2-3 page mood board that we will review during your design consultation. Your custom mood board will contain: A bespoke floral palette that outlines flower names and varieties

A $30 deposit is required when scheduling your design consultation. This fee will be discounted from your final project cost after booking and serves to cover the mood board creation and material preparation for our meeting.
Step 3
After our meeting you will have the option to receive a general pricing outline, or a custom quote. Requesting a custom quote is the next step in the booking process
A $30 deposit is required when requesting a custom quote. This fee will be discounted from your final project cost after booking and serves to cover the time spent researching and compiling pricing information and bespoke arrangement descriptions
Step 4
After receiving a custom quote there is a 14 day window in which your wedding or event date is reserved from outside booking. By placing a 30% booking deposit in that window you will have secured your wedding or event date.

Mood Boards

Included With Your Design Consultation

Your custom mood board will be 3 pages in length and will contain:

A custom floral palette based on your wedding inspiration, outlining flower varieties with names, informed by seasonal availability and budget goals.
&
Curated Samples of floral arrangements in coordinating styles, informed by your venue location and overall theme.
